How quickly will be order be fulfilled?

We will endeavour to pick and dispatch your order within 48-72 hours of the day it was placed. Occasionally we may need to transfer stock from an interstate warehouse which may delay this process.

If this happens, we will give you a courtesy call to advise and will try our best to minimise any delays.


My preferred collection warehouse isn't an option, what do I do?

If your nearest warehouse doesn't appear as an option for collection, this is generally due to your required stock needing to be transferred from another site.

We will update your order at each stage in the fulfilment process and you will receive periodic update emails.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Prior to collecting or taking delivery of your order, an order can be cancelled and any payments refunded.

I want to get a refund

Returns can be made within 14 days of the delivery or collection date of your order. All returns incur a 30% restocking fee.


Can I order split cartons?

All tiles (except decor items) are sold in full carton quantities only.
